No Shame On U gives young people ages 11–25, and the parents, educators, and professionals who support them, the tools to understand, talk about, and respond to mental health challenges. Many of our programs are offered at no cost to participants.

Become a monthly supporter
A monthly gift of any size provides steady support that lets us plan ahead and say yes to more schools, camps, and families. Choose "monthly" on our donation form.

Donor-advised funds
Recommend a grant through your DAF account. Search for No Shame On U by name or EIN ( 47-2268140) and suggest "general operating support.”
Gifts of stock
Donating appreciated stock may let you avoid capital gains tax. Contact us for transfer instructions at nsou@noshameonu.org.
IRA charitable distributions
If you're 70½ or older, you can give directly from your IRA. The gift can count toward your required minimum distribution, even if you don't itemize deductions.
Employer matching gifts
