WHAT WE DO
No Shame On U achieves our mission through community outreach programs, classes and workshops, an online presence of over 124,000 social media followers, weekly blog, podcasts, and posting, distribution of our resource guides, flyers, videos, and educational presentations. We partner with organizations throughout the community and the country and are known for our inclusive, consistent and responsive programming for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Mind & Body Programs focusing on mindfulness and well-being: Monthly Movement to Soothe your Soul & Weekly Yoga offered virtually.
