To conclude Mental Health Awareness Month, No Shame On U board member DarLynn Kauffman is offering a free, virtual 60-minute breathwork session to support emotional well-being and mental clarity.
This session is your chance to slow down, tune in, and breathe, all in a supportive, stigma-free environment. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or a seasoned breather, you’re welcome here.
The session will include:
A gentle opening + intention setting
30 minutes of guided breathwork with music
A mindful close for grounding and sharing
All you need is a quiet space, a comfy place to sit or lie down, and a willingness to breathe deeply. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
